Katalú
Our chocolates are handmade with a high concentration of cocoa ranging from 60% to 100%. We do not use any flavorings, stabilizers, preservatives, or additives. Additionally, 50% of the production process is done in an artisanal way, with the collaboration of young people and women seeking employment opportunities and income generation.
